To get started, you’ll want to download 2 documents: the application and the Rules & Regulations.
* Note about the Rules & Regs.- I’ll say it now, it’s lengthy. The only page you must print out for signing is the last page.
However, do read through the rest of the document because when you sign that last page, you are saying that you agree to abide by all the pages that came before it. Your participation in the market can be jeopardized by different circumstances and the only way for you to know what those are is to read the Rules & Regs!
